Ingredients

natural peanut butter

pure maple syrup or honey

rolled oats

protein powder

mini chocolate chips

unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the natural peanut butter and maple syrup (or honey) until smooth.
Add the rolled oats, protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some to hang over the edges.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press down firmly and evenly.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to set.
Lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut into squares or rectangles.
Notes
For an impressive presentation, drizzle melted peanut butter or warm chocolate over the top.
