Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, carefully combine the eggnog, sparkling apple cider, vanilla extract, and ground nutmeg.
Using a whisk, gently blend the mixture, taking care to preserve the effervescence from the sparkling cider.
Taste the mixture and adjust the flavors if needed.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes.
After chilling, fill each glass halfway with the eggnog fizz mixture.
Generously dollop whipped cream on top of each glass.
Finish with a sprinkle of freshly grated cinnamon stick and scatter some pomegranate seeds on top if desired.
Notes
For an extra festive touch, add pomegranate seeds as a garnish.
