1cupstrong brewed coffee, cooled to room temperature
1/2cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1/4cupalmond milk (or milk of your choice)
2tablespoonsvanilla syrup
1tablespooninstant coffee granules
1tablespoonchocolate syrup (plus extra for drizzling)
1/4teaspoonpure vanilla extract
to tasteIce cubes
to tasteWhipped cream, for topping
to tasteDark chocolate shavings, for garnish
Instructions
In a blender, combine the cooled strong brewed coffee, unsweetened cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla syrup, instant coffee granules, chocolate syrup, and pure vanilla extract.
Blend the mixture on high until it reaches a smooth consistency, approximately 30 seconds.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Carefully pour the blended mocha mixture into the shaker.
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to chill the mocha mixture thoroughly.
Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of your serving glasses to enhance visual appeal.
Strain the chilled mocha mixture into the prepared glasses.
Top each serving with a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings.
Serve immediately, adding an extra drizzle of chocolate syrup over the whipped cream for added sweetness.

Opt for clear glasses to beautifully display the rich layers and colors of the drink. For an extra touch of elegance, place a chocolate-covered espresso bean on top of the whipped cream.
