Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey or beef with the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Knead until just combined.
Scoop out portions and form into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
While baking, prepare the cranberry glaze by whisking together cranberry sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and thyme in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
Once meatballs are cooked, transfer them to the saucepan with the glaze and toss until coated.
Allow the meatballs to simmer in the glaze for an additional 5 minutes before removing from heat.
